Naturopathy

What is naturopathy?

The WHO (World Health Organization) defines naturopathy as “a set of healthcare methods aimed at strengthening the body’s defenses through means considered natural and biological”. Naturopathy improves and maintains your well-being using natural methods. A consultation is not a substitute for a medical appointment; it complements your medical follow-up.

Who is it for and why?

Naturopathy is suitable for everyone, at all ages, from children to the elderly, for:

  • A specific health concern (or several), whether acute or chronic.
  • A key life stage (not necessarily a health issue): such as pregnancy or menopause.
  • Preventative action, to adjust habits and rebalance your body’s terrain for sustainable well-being.
