Please note: Mondays at 5:00 PM & Fridays at 4:30 PM: always via video call. Also on August 21st and 22nd.

Why do I require a €20 deposit since December 2024?
I hesitated for a long time to implement this, but since September, the number of unattended appointments without notice has risen sharply (this almost never happened before). It is a matter of respect for my time and for other clients who might be looking for an earlier slot. Thank you for your understanding. I will issue a refund (manually / via Stripe) if you cancel the consultation more than 48 hours in advance and do not wish to reschedule.
