Workshops

I want naturopathy to benefit as many people as possible. Indeed, it is worth sharing the benefits it brings as widely as possible.
Thus, I offer workshops / conferences for companies, schools, and individuals.

And occasionally, women’s circles 🙂

For Individuals

Various types of themed workshops or conferences:

These workshops (or conferences) take place either in person or via video call. I offer them regularly (dates are listed below). You can also contact me for a specific event if you wish for a precise workshop related to well-being.

Upcoming conferences:

***Difficult periods in young girls***

This will finally take place later in 2024, date to be defined! For the Rendez-vous des Parents Association.

I will present which actions and good habits support the menstrual cycle of young girls. I will also share how to help relieve difficult periods. Once again, nutrition will be extensively discussed, along with other tools.

For Companies

“Well-being at work” workshops or conferences provide

your teams and your company with keys

to make “employment” rhyme with “serenity.”

well-being at work

Having been an employee for 20 years, I have seen the efforts made by companies for employee well-being. I know this can be beneficial and that employees welcome these efforts positively. These workshops / conferences build team cohesion.

I have been leading half-hour relaxation sessions every week in a company for over 6 years. They are highly appreciated by the participating employees.

For companies concerned with the well-being and health of their staff at work (and beyond), I offer the following themes. These topics can be adapted to your request. They focus on prevention.

  • Staying Zen (as much as possible)”. This conference also covers burn-out prevention. More than half of my clients speak to me about work-related stress, and a quarter have already experienced burn-out in their lives.
  • Keeping a healthy brain (memory, concentration, attention span)”
  • Tips for avoiding energy slumps at work
  • Healthy eating at work: at the cafeteria, or with your lunch box, snacks…”
  • Boosting your immunity
  • Relieving painful periods and menopause symptoms” (these two themes can be separate).

These conferences also allow for an optimization of the overall performance of your teams thanks to:

=> Keys for better mental well-being, improved concentration and physical fitness, through nutrition and stress management / relaxation techniques, among others,

=> A reduction in absenteeism: less stress, burn-out prevention, stronger immune system, fewer painful periods….

I would be delighted to discuss your needs or ideas, or those of your collaborators.

For Schools

I sincerely believe that the earlier good habits favoring health are established (how to eat well / move / take care of emotions), the better.

In 2018, I presented simple steps to reduce waste to 7 different primary school classes. The interest they showed during that hour of discussion impressed me. I was touched by their involvement and their questioning.

I therefore offer workshops for students in your schools, and also for teachers, to better manage stress, fatigue, and concentration. This can also include “how to properly manage the ‘standing’ position” (for teachers). Feel free to contact me, particularly to discuss your ideas and needs!

Moreover, these workshops are fun and thus adapted to children / adolescents.

Women’s Circles

No circles planned at the moment

(photo from 2024)

Upon registration

Porte Maillot side Neuilly or 17th, to be confirmed as well 🙂

A women’s circle is a talking circle… but not just that. It is a sacred space where one can release what is deep inside, be heard and listen with kindness, and feel supported and surrounded by other women. It is a gentle parenthesis, where one can drop the masks and be oneself, reconnect with oneself, while weaving a bond of sisterhood with other women. There are often resonances between what one woman shares and what she hears from others, which helps each one on her path. It is also a space for transmission and sharing.

There is no specific theme, unless otherwise mentioned. All women over 18 are welcome.

The “rules”: For smooth running and to guarantee “safety,” there is a framework: respect, kindness, confidentiality, non-judgment (no advice), equal speaking (or silence) time for each.
