Who am I

I am Céline Jablonski, a naturopathic practitioner. For more than 20 years, I have been interested in “healthy” eating and the use of natural products. An engineer for over 15 years, I experienced joint, digestive, and heart rhythm issues about ten years ago following periods of intense stress. I self-supplemented and removed foods I thought were bad… Believing I was doing the right thing, I found myself with deficiencies.

Until I saw a naturopath: I then changed my diet, started practicing some relaxation techniques… Gradually, I managed to regain my health, alongside my medical follow-up.
The impact of naturopathy seemed so obvious to me that I decided to train in it and make it my profession.

My approach

Here is what I like about naturopathy and what, as a result, I implement in each session:

  • It relies on key health elements: nutrition, physical activity, and stress and emotional management techniques.
  • It follows the root-cause search method and acts at the level of the cause, while addressing the person as a whole. This allows for sustainable well-being.
  • Naturopathy offers tailor-made support, an individualized and pragmatic program.
  • Guidance, dialogue, listening, and support from the naturopath also matter a lot.
  • Furthermore, this inner ecology is inseparable from the outer ecology that I hold dear.

It can be complicated to make changes alone for your well-being, especially in cases of fatigue, anxiety, or pain.
I am committed to using my knowledge and experience of what has become central to my life to help you feel better.
I support you with gentleness, without judgment, with enthusiasm, in the way most suited to you. It is essential to me that the changes make sense to you so they are sustainable, and also that the “pleasure” dimension is present and integrated at your own pace.

Workshop facilitator and trainer as well

The naturopath serves as a primary “wellness educator” (though I’m not fond of the term “educator”). I take great pleasure in passing on and making my knowledge of naturopathy accessible during consultations, but also:

My values

  • Respect: goes hand in hand with listening, to support you in the most benevolent way possible.
  • Pragmatism: I offer you an ultra-individualized, detailed, and complete well-being program that adapts to you, starting from where you are right now (yes, that also falls under the value mentioned below :)). I make sure this program is pragmatic, understandable, and “structured” (being “structured” myself).
  • Accessibility / Adaptability:

– I am available before the consultation if you have questions (free discovery call), but also after if you have doubts or questions about the program we discussed and I provided.

– Furthermore, I have set rates that I believe are fair for both you and me (given the time spent in consultation, then drafting this program, and the possibility to reach me with your questions). Some health insurance companies/contracts cover naturopathy. Finally, I am also aware that purchasing plants and/or food supplements can impact the budget, so this is a point I address during the consultation; I then adapt the selection based on the budget.
